the Driver Licence number and version number of an authorised signatory
the details of the business bank account to use for the direct debits
for limited liability companies, the details of the director (name, date of birth, email, NZ Driver Licence number and version, phone) who will sign the Personal Guarantee

BP may request further information once your application has been assessed. The Personal Guarantee for limited liability companies will be emailed after the application has been submitted and must be signed by a director of the company.
